SHIPPING
We only offer free shipping on occasion. It’s not standard at OFFSITE because let’s face it, shipping is never free - it’s just hidden in the price. We will rather be honest with you and show your shipping rate at checkout.
All orders are shipped track and trace.
DELIVERY AREA
Currently, shipping is available to addresses within the EU. Shipping outside of these regions may be possible but please contact info@offsite.nl with a specific request.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 10 business days but we will do our best to ensure they are processed sooner than this.
Products that are not held in stock will have a lead time, this will be clearly communicated on the product page and at checkout.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or Dutch holidays will be processed the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery times depend on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays.
We use a variety of couriers depending on your location, commonly PostNL or DPD.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
If you have specific delivery instructions or requirements, please include them with your order or contact our customer service team.
Should you require a specific delivery date for your package please arrange this through the courier related to your track and trace code.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 14 days of receipt.
