We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days.

How to return an item:

  1. Once you receive your item you have 14 days to initiate a return. 
  2. To initiate a return send an email to info@offsite.nl and we will send you a return label. 
  3. Please include your order number in the email and the reason for return.
  4. Shipping costs associated with a return are borne by the customer - discounted from the refund amount once we have received your return.
  5. Once received, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

CONDITIONS

Please note the following conditions for our returns policy:

  • 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. 
  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items. However, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@offsite.nl

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
